COSTARS
COSTARS is the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's cooperating purchasing program. The COSTARS approach to cooperative purchasing uses the purchasing power of local entities to obtain more competitive pricing and choice than individual purchasers might be able to obtain on their own. Fromm is proud to be a participating supplier in the Pennsylvania Department of General Services (DGS) bid/contract program. Our participation is currently focused on bid/contract “COSTARS-8” program (Maintenance, Repair, Operation Equipment & Supplies). ELECTRICAL ASSOCIATION OF READING & BERKS
The Electrical Association of Reading & Berks is a nonprofit group formed in 1956 by Berks County electricians to bring together local members of the electrical trade. The membership consists of over 100 electricians as well as manufacturers and distributor reps.
